We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally at least 2 weeks in advance, especially during busy periods like end of month or summer. However, we understand that sometimes moves need to happen quickly, so we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

Do you provide packing services?

Yes, we offer packing services as an additional option. We can provide full-service packing of your entire home, or just specific items that require special attention. We also have packing boxes available for purchase if you prefer to do your own packing.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry comprehensive insurance to protect your belongings during transit. We treat every item with the utmost care, but in the rare event of any damage, our insurance provides coverage. We recommend checking your home and contents insurance as well, as some policies include cover for items in transit.

How do you handle delicate or valuable items?

We take extra precautions with delicate or valuable items. Our experienced team uses specialized materials and techniques to ensure the safe transport of antiques, artworks, pianos, and other fragile possessions. For items of exceptional value, we recommend discussing specific requirements with us beforehand.

What areas do you service?

We primarily service Cambridge, Hamilton, and the greater Waikato region, but we can cover the entire North Island. We've completed moves from Kaitaia to Wellington and many places in between. Contact us for details about your specific location.

What is your pricing structure?

Our pricing is based on several factors, including the size of your move, the distance between locations, access considerations, and whether additional services like packing are required. We offer free, no-obligation quotes, and we're happy to visit your home to provide an accurate estimate.

To prepare for your move, we recommend:

  • Decluttering and disposing of unwanted items

Can you move large or unusual items?

Yes, we can move large or unusual items. We have experience with pianos, pool tables, spas, outdoor furniture, trampolines, and many other oversized or specialty items. Our trucks are fitted with tail lifts and we have specialized equipment, including a piano trolley, to handle these challenging moves.
