Moving can be a stressful time. We’ve put together some frequently asked questions that may be of help. f you can’t find the answer you need please contact us and we’ll help you out.
How many staff will there be to help with the move?
Our usual team consists of three and we are able to supply more hands if the move requires it.
Can we leave clothes in the drawers?
Yes, clothes are fine, but remove all loose items such as jewellery, perfume bottles, etc.
Can we leave food in the fridge and freezer?
The fridge needs to be emptied but you can usually leave frozen food in freezers.
Do you offer a full packing service?
Yes, we have experienced personnel who are able to take care of all your packing needs.
How can I help to keep costs down?

Can you shift very heavy items?
Yes we can, our trucks are fitted with a heavy duty tail lifters
How far do you travel?
We can travel to any region/location within the North Island.
